Welcome Greater Hope Christian Church Ministry Leaders! If you would like to host an event at GHOPE, please follow the steps below for successful planning.
We consider an “event” to include, but isn limited to, the following: a program, fundraiser, rehearsal, service, meeting, information booth/table or anything that represents Greater Hope Christian Church. If you have any questions you may email admin@greaterhopecc.org
Step 1: To schedule an event on the Greater Hope Christian Church Calendar please complete this step about 6 -12 weeks prior to an event.
Anything submitted that is less than the above time frame has a potential of being denied.
Step 2: Online begin this step once you have received formal approval through Step 1
To request any media advertisement to be included in the pre-service video, social media and/or email blasts. Announcement Submission will requires approval 4-6 weeks before the event AFTER you have received the event approval confirmation from the Protocol Team via email.
Step 3: All approved events require a Maintenance Request Form. Events that require a maintenance request form (for any use of the
building/room), must be submitted 2-4 weeks prior to the event/meeting/etc. (This form must be completed following event approval and contact from the Protocol Team via email).
Step 4: Should your event be canceled or need to be postponed for any reason, an event cancelation form must be completed.
Suggested Submission: About 6 – 12 weeks prior
Please complete the form below to secure an event on behalf of a ministry at the Greater Hope Christian Church. An “event” includes but isn’t limited to a program, fundraiser, rehearsal, service, meeting, information booth/table or anything that includes the Greater Hope Christian Church name.
After submitting this form, the Protocol Team will make sure there are no conflicts.
Situation A: If the date(s) you request is available and event is permissible, it will be added to the GHOPE google calendar and your ministry will be contacted by a member of the Protocol Team via email. Approval process turn around time is currently 2 weeks.
Situation B: If the date(s) you request is available, but some needed support is encouraged before approval can be given, someone from the Protocol Team will follow-up with you. After the team has discussed details with you regarding the event and has given the necessary assistance, a member of the Protocol Team will reach out and send an email with an approval update.
Situation C: If the date you requested is NOT available or permissible, a member of the Protocol Team will contact you to either consider a different date or make changes to the event before an official approval can be made.
An approval has to be given before completing a Ministry Announcement Form or Maintenance Request form
